Choose the shipping speed that fits your schedule. All delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not placed):
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 6-12 days worldwide. This is our default shipping option, and it’s included free with every order.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your order sooner? Opt for expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Exact delivery times for expedited shipping will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need to process and prepare it. Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing time may be slightly extended, but we’ll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Good news – all orders qualify for free worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase required. The only exception is if you choose expedited shipping, which will incur an additional fee based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact cost of expedited shipping will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Dolls Kill account and navigating to the “Order History” section. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships.
